Fim Froilthe long-cherished dream of Riff (Cosmic Gardeners) and Limo finally becomes reality in 1998. Riff and Limo, friends and musical fellows since the mid-70ies meet again and again, if with their early tape-bands of the Servil-label like Pure Luege, Eyes Of Fate and the Kannibalen & Missionare or with the Shiny Gnomes when Riff plays his sitar on three albums by the Gnomes (Wild Spells, Some Funny Nightmares, Colliding). Hopefully Riff and Limo doesn´t need another 15 years for their second Fim Froil album….

The enigmatic stroboscope Discolor and Shiny Gnomes (Limo) dance on the playful grid of Cosmic Gardeners and Riff & The Mad Hatter´s Garden Band Machine (Riff) acquiring the rhythm of the best psychedelic assortments that make Fim Froil worthy to appear in the list of the most affectionate Syd Barrett´s ´nephews´ together with Robyn Hitchcock and Julian Cope.
